Part I: Terms of Use (TOS)
1. Acceptance of Terms Space Beach LLC, doing business as Space Beach Law Lab (the "Company," "we," or "us") provides this website, events, workshops, and ecosystem initiatives (collectively, the "Services") subject to your compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.


2. Event and Content Disclaimer

  • a. Changes to Program: We reserve the right to change the event agenda, speakers, session content, venues, or format at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to such changes.

  • b. Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, the content on this website and the views expressed by speakers at our events are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information presented.

  • c. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use or inability to use the Services.

  • d. Code of Conduct: We are committed to a professional, harassment-free environment. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates our standards or behaves in a disruptive manner, without refund.


3. Registration and Ticket Sales

  • a. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and ticketing process.

  • b. Refunds and Cancellations: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated during the purchase process. Any request for refunds or cancellations is subject to our specific Event Cancellation Policy, which will be detailed on the ticketing page.


4. Intellectual Property & Media Release

  • a. Company IP: All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Space Beach Law Lab website (excluding speaker presentations) are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

  • b. Workshop Contributions: Unless governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed for a specific session, any ideas or feedback shared by attendees during collaborative workshops or working groups are provided on a non-confidential basis.

  • c. Media Release: By attending a Space Beach event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. You grant the Company the right to use your likeness in promotional materials, website content, and social media without compensation.


5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with the Services, including but not limited to:

  • a. Personal Identification Information (PII): Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out a contact, sign-up, or registration form.

The Company uses the information collected for the following primary purposes:

  • a. Event Management: To process your registration, provide event updates, and manage logistics related to your attendance.

  • b. Communication: To respond to your inquiries and provide customer service.

  • c. Marketing and Outreach: By submitting your information via any form on this website (including the contact form, newsletter signup, and event registration), you expressly consent and reserve the right for Space Beach Law Lab to contact you regarding event updates, future events, special offers, and other relevant content.

  • d. Data Hygiene and Integration: To integrate data with our HubSpot CRM platform to manage relationships and segment communications effectively.

We will not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Identification Information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following specific circumstances:

  • a. Event Sponsors: We may share limited attendee data (Name, Title, Company) with confirmed event sponsors and partners. You may request to opt-out of this specific sharing by contacting us.

  • b. Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business (e.g., payment processors, email service providers, venue security), provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

The Company has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes.
