David Sirota

David is an investigative journalist, screenwriter, and founder of The Lever, a reader-supported news outlet exposing the forces shaping society. An Academy Award nominee for co-creating Don’t Look Up with Adam McKay, Sirota has also served as communications director for House Democrats and as speechwriter for Bernie Sanders’ 2020 campaign.
